The Management of CODISYS, in its activity as a custom software integration company, consultancy and commercialization of IT solution and support together maintenance services for the sectors of retail, hospitality and public administration, is aware of the importance of satisfying the needs of its customers, the established requirement for its computer systems and how to keep on improving  as well as advance continuously, for that it is committed to:

  • To develop and implant the System for Quality Management for the guarantee of the accomplishment to follow the norm UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015.
  • To make continuous improvement as a work tool, establishing and reviewing periodically the specific objectives of the improvement process.
  • To comply with the legal and / or legal requirements or specific of our clients related con the computer systems.
  • To promote the participation and responsibility of all employees in the proper work of the Quality System in order to ensure the quality of the products and services provided.
  • To establish procedures and means to control the entire process since the technical Consulting to the maintenance service. Providing the company and its processes with the best human capital and the best equipment and infrastructure.

The present policy is according the CODISYS values and have to be known, understood and developed for all those who are part of it.

Its implementation is an essential objective of the Direction and is responsibility of all its employees.
