Users are informed that as a consequence of the use of certain features of Codisys.es, it is necessary to provide certain personal data that will be incorporated into files for which CODISYS is responsible. Specifically, Codisys.es will record the following information:

• Contact form details that the User interested in obtaining commercial information voluntarily provides to CODISYS, (first name, last name, email and telephone).

Information entered into the newsletter form that the User interested in receiving information on new products, offers and promotions voluntarily provides to CODISYS (first name, surname, date of birth, postcode, email and telephone).

Sending e-mails: the personal data (including, but not limited to, the e-mail address) provided to us by sending an e-mail to @Codisys.es.

Data from the ‘Work with Us’ form – personal data, including CVs, that the User voluntarily provides to participate in the selection processes carried out by CODISYS.

The use of the different forms and features on Codisys.es is voluntary. However, some fields are necessary to deal with your request correctly (e.g. for the management of exchanges and returns), and the inclusion of personal data in the remaining fields is voluntary or incidental. The user’s refusal to provide required information in the required fields may prevent CODISYS from fulfilling the request.

For what purpose do we process your data?

In general, the information registered through Codisys.es that CODISYS obtains from Users will be processed:

To process and respond to requests made by Users through the forms provided on Codisys.es and/or by e-mail.

To send the newsletter and other commercial communications, when authorised by the User.

To manage selection processes in which the User participates as a candidate.

To which recipients will we send your data?

CODISYS does not intend to disclose your personal data to any third party.

What is the legitimacy for the processing?

The legal basis for processing the collected data is the consent of the User expressed by accepting this Privacy Policy or sending an email to any of the addresses provided via Codisys.es.

In its case, if the User accepts delivery, the legal basis for sending commercial communications is justified by the consent given by the User.

For how long will we keep your data?

The personal data collected will be retained by CODISYS only for the time necessary to deal with and manage each specific request made by the User.

In the case of the contact form or sending e-mails: for the time required to properly fulfil their request.

In the case of a newsletter and/or commercial communications, until the User revokes the consent provided for their reception.

In the case of the ‘work with us’ form, for one year from the date of sending the aforementioned form, for selection processes that may begin during that period.

However, after this period has elapsed, the data may be blocked and kept by CODISYS for the purpose of dealing with any possible responsibilities arising from the processing and only during the period of limitation of such responsibilities. Upon expiry of the aforementioned periods, the personal data will be deleted by CODISYS.

What are your rights when you give us your data?

Users may likewise at any time revoke the consent granted for the processing of their data.

Users may, at any time, request CODISYS to confirm whether their personal data are being processed by our Company and, if so, access them. They may also request rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request erasure where, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.

In addition, in certain circumstances, Users may request the restriction of processing of their data, in which case we will retain it only for the exercise or defence of claims. They may also object to the processing of their data under certain circumstances. CODISYS shall no longer process data, except for overriding legitimate reasons or to exercise or defence of potential claims.
